KT Beauty Bridal – Terms & Conditions

 

Bookings & Confirmation

•A booking is only confirmed once the signed contract and non-refundable booking fee are received.

•Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

•Enquiries or provisional holds do not secure a booking.

 

Booking Fee & Payments

•A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date.

•The remaining balance is due prior to the wedding date, as outlined in your invoice.

•Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

 

Cancellations & Date Changes

•Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

•Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

•Cancellations within the timeframe stated in your contract may require full payment.

 

Bridal Trials

•Trials are compulsory.

•Trial appointments are booked separately and are non-refundable.

•Adjustments discussed during the trial are noted; however, final results may vary due to skin, hair condition, weather and timing on the day.

 

Services & Booking Adjustments

•There is no minimum booking requirement.

•Services cannot be reduced once the contract is signed.

•Additional services may be added subject to availability and scheduling.

 

Travel & Location

•Travel fees apply outside the Brisbane metropolitan area.

•Parking fees, tolls and accommodation (if required) are the responsibility of the client.

•Destination weddings require flights and accommodation to be provided or covered by the client.

 

Wedding Day Schedule

•A detailed schedule will be provided prior to the wedding day.

•Delays caused by the client or bridal party may affect service completion.

•KT Beauty Bridal is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

 

Health, Allergies & Skin Conditions

•Clients must disclose all allergies, sensitivities and medical conditions prior to services.

•KT Beauty Bridal is not liable for reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

•Patch testing is recommended for clients with known sensitivities.

 

Creative Direction & Expectations

•Inspiration images are used as guidance only.

•Final hair and makeup outcomes may vary based on individual features, hair type and skin condition.

•Refunds are not provided due to personal preference or change of mind.

 

Team Assignments

•KT Beauty Bridal reserves the right to allocate artists based on availability.

•All artists are trained to deliver the KT Beauty Bridal standard.

•Changes in artist allocation do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

 

Photography & Content Usage

•KT Beauty Bridal may use images or video for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the wedding.

•Vendor and photographer credit is appreciated where applicable.

 

Force Majeure

•KT Beauty Bridal is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including illness, extreme weather, travel disruptions or emergencies.

•In the event of artist unavailability, a suitable replacement will be arranged where possible.

 

Liability

•KT Beauty Bridal is not responsible for damage to clothing once services are completed.

•Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean and suitable working environment.

 

Acceptance of Terms

•Proceeding with a booking confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions listed above.
